My in-laws recently rented a house out to a family. A couple months ago, they left without notice, and left the house completely trashed. We’re trying to get the house ready to rent again, but the k.itchen appliances are covered in grease. What will work well to clean the grease?

Can I use my F. processor as a blender?
I overworked my blender trying to make cheesecake yesterday and the machine began to smoke. Realizing that f.ood processors is the better for the job, I went out and bought one. Other than using it for solid food, would it do the job if I want to make the occasional shake or smoothie?

How do I interpret a dream that my ktchen appliances were on fire?
Last night, I had a dream that a fire started in my kitchen. It started with the stove, and I wasn’t really concerned about that in the dream. But then, the mixer that I (we) received as a wedding present caught fire, and I was really upset. Any ideas?

In honor of my in-laws coming to town, I decided to make this low carb treat for them. It is obviously not Induction friendly due to the nuts, wheat gluten, and fruit; but like the last cookies, it is example of what is possible on a low carb diet. It is delicious, and to the cynics, who said “low carbers would wolf down entire birthday cake if they could with no reprecussions,” this is my answer. I made this for my birthday, and everyone loved it. What happens to onions in a f.ood processor?

When I dice onions and put them in a processor to get a smooth paste to use in cooking, the onions turn bitter.
Can anybody explain why this happens and how to avoid it?
